VOLUNTEER WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM: In consideration of being permitted to participate in volunteer activities with Big Dream Academy, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following: 1.Volunteer Services: I understand that I am volunteering my services to Big Dream Academy without expectation of payment or compensation. 2. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that volunteering may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or other unforeseen occurrences. 3. Health and Safety: I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of performing the volunteer activities assigned to me. I agree to comply with all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Big Dream Academy. 4. Waiver and Release: In consideration of being permitted to volunteer for Big Dream Academy, I hereby release and forever discharge Big Dream Academy, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in any way related to my volunteer activities, including but not limited to negligence, personal injury, or property damage. 5. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big Dream Academy, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or in any way related to my volunteer activities. 6.
